About

Luke MacNeil

Senior infrastructure and AI systems engineer with 20+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems. USPTO patent holder in machine learning. Published technical reviewer.

I spent 15 years managing infrastructure at Fortune 100 scale — 10,000+ Puppet-managed servers at Salesforce (FedRAMP, Gov Cloud), 15,000+ hosts at CVS Health (PCI-DSS, nationwide migration). That enterprise foundation is what I build AI systems, automation pipelines, and custom platforms on top of.

At JET Hospitality, I built the entire technology operation from zero — AWS infrastructure, a custom Django CRM, three websites, monitoring, security, API integrations, and AI-powered automation. One engineer. Everything production-grade and documented so the team can maintain it.

I also build autonomous AI pipelines. My podcast, Luke at the Roost, runs a 6-stage production system — LLM scripting, text-to-speech, audio mixing, metadata, publishing, and social distribution — with zero manual steps. 28+ episodes, fully autonomous.
